Vice President (Travel Allied Staffing Division)
Trova is seeking a proven healthcare staffing leader to own and scale a national Travel Allied division. This executive role has full responsibility for growth strategy, operations, recruiting performance, client partnerships, and P&L.

Responsibilities
Drive national growth and market expansion
Lead recruiting, account management, and credentialing teams
Own division P&L, pricing, and margin optimization
Build key client relationships and negotiate major contracts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and Joint Commission standards
Qualification
Required
5 years in allied staffing experience
Willing to relocate to Central Florida (client-paid relocation)
5+ years in travel allied
7–10+ years of healthcare staffing leadership
Preferred
Proven success scaling a allied staffing division
Strong knowledge of allied specialties, licensing, and credentialing
Results-driven leader with a track record of building high-performing teams
