Head of Regional Sales - Security Hardware Solutions
Anker Innovations is a global leader in smart charging technologies and consumer products, and they are seeking a Head of Regional Sales for Security Hardware Solutions. The role involves owning the regional P&L and revenue targets for B2B security hardware, building and leading a sales organization, developing strategic partnerships, and driving pipeline generation to achieve growth targets.
Responsibilities
Own full regional P&L and revenue targets for B2B security hardware, including cameras, hubs, sensors, and NVR solutions. Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, including channel mix, partner coverage, pricing, and market segmentation
Build, lead, and scale a regional sales organization, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and territory planning
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with security integrators, ISPs, VARs, distributors, and OEM partners
Drive pipeline generation and deal execution to achieve quarterly and annual growth targets
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and HQ leadership to align roadmap, demand generation, and supply planning
Own sales forecasting, CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, and executive-level reporting
Represent the company at industry trade shows, regional events, and key customer engagements
Provide structured feedback on market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and product performance to influence product and strategy decisions
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in B2B sales leadership within physical security hardware or adjacent hardware-driven industries
Proven success building and managing channel-led sales models with integrators, VARs, ISPs, and distributors
Demonstrated ability to own and deliver regional revenue targets at scale
Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing sales teams
Strong strategic, analytical, and execution skills with a data-driven mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global organization
Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting, and performance reporting
Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
