Responsibilities
Lead purchasing, materials, and production planning functions
Own demand planning, capacity planning, and ERP planning parameters
Optimize inventory levels, turns, and overall materials flow
Partner directly with customers to align forecasts and demand signals
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and operational excellence
Ensure supply chain readiness to support high-volume, high-mix manufacturing programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
8–10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or materials management
Strong ERP, Excel, and analytical skills
Preferred
Background in contract manufacturing strongly preferred
Experience supporting defense, aerospace, and/or consumer electronics customers a plus
Familiarity with small PCB components and high-volume manufacturing environments
APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or similar) preferred
