Logistics Coordinator
Diamond Assets helps schools, businesses, and governments create sustainable plans for technology access. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing service pickups while ensuring effective communication with clients and maintaining project reporting.

Responsibilities
Coordination of client projects and services, ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This will include client communications, creation of pick lists for our warehouse team, label creation, and all other necessary paperwork
Coordinate and schedule pickups with regards to efficiencies and cost reductions including, labor involvement, hotels, air travel, etc.)
Maintains weekly and monthly reporting on projects
Work toward issue resolution independently or with a team
Update and manage ERP system in coordination with logistics activities
Develop ongoing training materials for department staff, such as work instructions
Effective communication with shipping & receiving personnel
All other duties as assigned
