In this role, you will own the operationalization and execution of Pure’s global partner program, working across various teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of program elements.

Responsibilities
Build, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for global program launches
Lead recurring cross-functional meetings, track task ownership, and ensure alignment and on-time delivery
Create clear, executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and status reports highlighting progress, risks, and required decisions
Develop as-is and to-be process maps and drive alignment across all involved functions
Ensure consistent and auditable understanding of program requirements, including eligibility rules, tracking logic, and payout mechanisms
Coordinate readiness across systems, partner-facing tools, documentation, enablement content, and communications
Validate all program updates—tiers, benefits, incentives, requirements, designations, certifications, and operational processes—prior to launch
Maintain version control and ownership mapping for all program documentation
Serve as the single source of truth for program implementation status, decisions, owners, and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of program management experience in channel programs, channel operations, or a similar function within a technology company
Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Ability to independently create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and executive-ready summaries
Strong understanding of partner program components such as incentives, tiering, requirements, competencies, lifecycle management, and operational readiness
High proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace, and other project management tools
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to manage multiple, fast-moving priorities in a dynamic environment
Passion for delivering an outstanding partner program
