This role involves managing customer communication and coordinating intermodal loads in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Handle high-volume customer communication via phone and email
Enter orders and update load information in transportation management systems (TMS)
Schedule and coordinate intermodal loads
Update bills of lading and driver paperwork
Assist dispatcher with daily operations and problem resolution
Provide consistent, professional customer service
Qualification
Required
Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation operations
Strong computer skills, including data entry and multitasking across multiple systems
Ability to manage heavy email correspondence and frequent phone calls
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of freight and transportation planning
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Intermodal or trucking industry experience
Familiarity with cutting pins and accessing UIAA and GoPort systems
