Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations processes, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
Experience in Sales Management and developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and achieve business objectives
Preferred
Background or knowledge in the Insurance industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
