Responsibilities
Evaluating processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing improved workflows
Conducting data analysis to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Supporting development of management operating systems and organizational processes
Executing on-site assessments and working alongside frontline employees (“boots on the ground”)
Facilitating workshops, mapping processes, and documenting current and future states
Developing solutions across operations, supply chain, maintenance, reliability, and strategy
Supporting implementation and change management efforts
Presenting findings and recommendations to client leadership
Qualification
Required
Ability and willingness to travel across North America (often weekly but with variation)
Ability to work effectively from client sites, home offices, and remote environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering measurable results
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, reliability, asset management, or continuous improvement (a plus, not required)
Power BI a plus
