Processing monthly client statements
Calling clients on delinquent balances
Working on invoice appeals
Posting cash receipts
Reviewing accounts receivable balances with responsible attorneys
Processing write offs
Qualification
Required
Strong technical skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge or familiarity of accounts receivable procedures
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment
Must be well organized with a strong attention to detail
Ability to be self-sufficient in prioritizing tasks
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with both clients and attorneys
Prior experience in collections
Highschool Diploma/GED required
