They are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to manage client accounts and drive revenue through client expansion and relationship development.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities
Conduct consultative conversations to uncover evolving client needs
Present additional service solutions aligned with client goals
Maintain accurate account notes, forecasts, and growth pipeline in CRM tools
Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to support client success

Required

Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services preferred
