Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls/emails to prospective homeowners to introduce our services
Communicate knowledge of our platform and real estate best practices to provide meaningful interactions with potential customers; both semi-scripted and dynamic
Reach out to real estate agents to explain our services, fostering ongoing connections and identifying potential partnership opportunities
Liaise with senior leadership, other internal teams, and external vendors to refine outreach opportunities and deliver significant insights
Document progress using CRM tools to collaborate effectively with the rest of the team
Perform market research, qualify potential opportunities, and continuously add value to the company through additional lead generation activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Native fluency in English is REQUIRED
Strong communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional tone
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Comfortable handling objections and maintaining positivity during high call volumes
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is PREFERRED
