Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead and PE of record for physical electrical substation projects
Provide technical authority over HV and EHV substation layout, grounding, and equipment arrangement
Support data center power programs including utility interconnections and dedicated substations
Review and approve engineering deliverables prepared by engineers and designers
Lead and mentor engineering teams while maintaining quality and delivery standards
Act as a client facing technical point of contact for utilities, data center clients, and EPC partners
Participate in site visits for construction support and issue resolution as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
Active Professional Engineer PE license required
6+ years of experience in physical electrical substation engineering
Strong HV and EHV substation design and review experience
Experience acting as a technical lead, PE of record, or Owner's Engineer
Comfortable leading projects and clients in a remote environment
