Building relationships and consulting with client groups
Developing system requirements and ERP integration strategies
Maintaining Windchill configurations and workflows
Leading legacy data migrations into Windchill
Collaborating with global teams using Agile practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience with Windchill and PLM processes
Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment

Preferred

Expertise in Windchill and Creo, including ERP integrations
Knowledge of PLM processes and architectural thinking
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL; familiarity with ThingWorx and Azure DevOps
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
