Responsibilities
Prepare and review closing documents for SC commercial real estate closings
Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including due diligence and follow-up
Draft and review loan documents for real estate lending transactions
Review title commitments and policies; handle title insurance matters
Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions
Utilize SoftPro for document preparation and transaction management (experience is a strong plus)
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with deadlines and legal requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
Minimum 4 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
Proficiency in SC commercial real estate closings and title insurance
Experience in real estate lending transactions, including preparation of loan documents and due diligence review
Strong computer skills and familiarity with legal software
Preferred
SoftPro experience highly preferred
