Responsibilities
Responsible for Whop merchant account audits, reviewing risk flags from our internal fraud tooling and setting reserves or suspending accounts accordingly
Review merchant applications to access financing options, including review of payment processor statements
Escalate fraudulent trends to product and engineering teams so we can build solutions into our product
Qualification
Required
Previous experience risk, compliance, or a similar role
Deep understanding of risk and fraud at an ecommerce or payments company
Ability to juggle tasks, manage time in a fast-paced environment, and act in high-pressure situations
Ready to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred
Familiarity with Whop, Intercom, Slack, Sardine.ai, and Linear is a bonus
