Responsibilities

Drive the MOCVD/HVPE Epitaxy of advanced compound semiconductor structures across multiple material systems

Lead the design, development, and optimization of novel VCSEL architectures for high-power, high-efficiency, and single-mode applications

Master the epitaxial growth of InP-based materials for high-speed communication devices (e.g., DFB, EML, or photodetectors)

Develop and refine GaInP-based red-light emitting epitaxial structures for high-brightness applications

Design and model high-performance Photodetector (PD) structures tailored for specific system requirements

Collaborate closely with our process, characterization, and testing teams to transfer designs from concept to high-yield manufacturing

Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of deep technical excellence
