Lead and mentor the Enterprise Applications Analyst team
Serve as the Oracle Fusion PLM SME, guiding configuration, administration, integration, and compliance
Oversee engineering applications management and ensure license compliance
Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and business units on enterprise solutions
Design and implement automation, process improvements, and skill development plans
Qualification
Required
12+ years in enterprise applications administration, including Oracle Fusion PLM
5+ years of people management or team leadership experience
Hands-on experience with GitLab, JIRA, SolidWorks, CAD/PDM, and related licensing
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to mentor teams, manage complex projects, and deliver scalable solutions
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, or relevant project management certification
Oracle Fusion PLM or Data Management certifications
