Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of door-to-door Sales Associates in your local territory
Set daily goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent performance across the team
Train and coach reps on customer engagement, product knowledge, and closing skills
Develop local territory strategies to drive growth and maximize conversion
Maintain strong relationships with internal leadership and Frontier representatives
Participate in active field support, ride-alongs, and performance reviews
Recruit, onboard, and ramp new team members as needed

Required

Proven experience in sales leadership — direct sales or door-to-door preferred

Comfortable working outdoors and engaging face-to-face with customers

Preferred

Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
