Responsibilities
Develop the skills needed to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Complete a highly rigorous and accelerated learning program tailored to develop foundational skills across manufacturing and assembly
Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the work of a Mechanical Assembly Mechanic, including interpreting model-based drawings and blueprints, following work instructions, torquing, installing safetying devices, rigging, installation of fluid lines, component installation and identifying all required hand tools, parts and equipment to accomplish defect-free work and ensuring structural integrity and safety
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Understanding of intermediate math
Basic computer skills
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred
Experience using basic precision measuring tools
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
