Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance .NET applications
Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and web applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to team members
Design and implement database solutions with SQL Server, Entity Framework, or other ORM tools
Ensure code quality through automated testing, static code analysis, and best practices
Maintain and improve existing applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical strategy
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem and software development
Qualification
Required
12+ years of professional experience in software development with .NET technologies
Deep expertise in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and C#
Strong experience with SQL Server and database design
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
Experience working with Microservices, SOA, or distributed systems
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred
Prior experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cosmos DB
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit)
Knowledge of message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
