Responsibilities

Purchase materials, supplies, and services for the company
Request vendor quotes and compare pricing, quality, and lead times
Maintain and update part numbers, pricing, and orders in our ERP system (Infor Visual)
Track inventory levels and help coordinate receiving and returns
Resolve vendor issues, billing discrepancies, and order errors
Match packing slips to invoices and support AP documentation
Assist with month-end inventory and general purchasing projects

Qualification

Purchasing experienceERP experienceExcel proficiencyVendor negotiationData entryManufacturing experienceOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and data entry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to evaluate vendor quotes and negotiate pricing

Preferred

ERP experience preferred
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
