Responsibilities
Ship fast, talk to customers, and build AI agents that automate complex tasks in healthcare
Work across the stack — from re-architecting ML forecasting systems to delivering elegant user-facing features
Build the platform infrastructure that allows AI to generate customer-specific apps, reports, insights and workflows
Help define engineering culture and grow the team
Qualification
Required
US citizen/visa only
Experience building complex products
Strong product taste
Experience building real products for real customers, not just internal tools, integrations or side projects
Ability to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality
Desire to help build not just a product, but a company and a category-defining business
Open to O-1 visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates (e.g., top-20 university, publications, or press)
