Responsibilities
Increase membership sales and retail sales
Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
Book appointments in person, phone or text
Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Attend monthly employee meeting/training
Qualification
Required
1+ years customer service or retail sales experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Open availability beyond August
Ability to work weekends, mornings and some evenings
Ability to navigate various platforms and data bases
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
