Business Developer

Responsibilities

Work daily with your Sales Manager for coaching, support, and strategy
Prospect and network to uncover new commercial opportunities (BOMA, IFMA, BCN, referrals, etc.)
Track activities, pipeline, and opportunities in our CRM keeping clear notes for hand-offs and follow-through
Meet with property managers, boards, and stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions
Partner with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service

Qualification

Required

Strong communicator with excellent follow-up habits
Competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven role
Ability to connect with people at all levels (from property staff to executives)
Experience in sales or account development (landscape industry experience a plus, but not required)
Valid drivers license and ability to travel within your territory
