National Sales Executive - Title Insurance
LodeStar is a fast-growing technology company in the mortgage industry seeking an outgoing and persuasive sales professional. The role involves driving sales efforts for SettleWise and LodeStar Discovery, engaging with mortgage originator clients, and implementing sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Understand and sell SettleWise’s Title Services to LodeStar’s 200+ mortgage originator clients
Schedule and conduct business review calls with the hundreds of users of LodeStar’s Free to Use LodeStar Discovery Tool
Call, follow up and set appointments with leads completing assigned tasks on required dates
Collaborate with management to develop and implement an account based sales strategy based on the identification of key accounts
Use Sales Navigator and other Lead Generation Tools to identify decision makers and develop relationships
Meet quarterly appointment and sales goals
Update and record all sales activity in LodeStar’s CRM
Travel as required for industry and company events (5-10 weeks of travel annually focused in March-May and September-November)
Assist with booth set-up and teardown at tradeshows
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous title insurance sales experience is strongly encouraged
Understanding of the mortgage industry
Benefits
