New Grad, Entry LevelHALO - Recognition & Incentives is seeking a Drop-ship and Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for daily Ship Direct PO creation, EDI processing, and liaising with the recipient contact center regarding drop-ship inquiries. The role involves managing vendor communications and processing invoices to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
Daily releasing of drop-ship PO's to the vendors for fulfillment
Liaise with vendors on replenishment and Ship Direct POs status
Liaise with RCC/CE on inquiries and statuses for Ship Direct POs
Process daily EDI transmissions
Daily processing of drop-ship invoices for all vendors
Weekly processing of UPS invoice files
Other tasks as directed by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated aptitude for independent decision making
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to communicate effectively with vendor community
Ability to be detailed and organized
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
High School Diploma/GED required
Prior experience with PO creation and administration
