Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of asset-based finance transactions from initial client engagement to closing ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time
Design and develop innovative asset-based finance structures that meet client and borrower needs
Work closely with numerous external parties including issuers, legal, rating agencies, and trustees to execute transactions

Required

Minimum of 7 years' work experience, preferably in investment banking, insurance or asset management
At least 5 years of experience structuring and managing transaction lifecycle
Significant experience in cashflow modeling and structuring across ABF sectors
Experience across the various ABF collateral types (corporate credit, CRE, and asset-based finance) to assist the securitized product team structure the underlying asset cash flows to achieve long-term capital efficiency within vehicles for insurance clients
Highly organized and attentive to details
Excellent quantitative/analytical and written/verbal communication skills
Excellent time and project management skills
