Required

3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media partnerships, with hands-on experience contributing to campaign strategy and execution
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with clients, influencers, and internal teams
Solid understanding of influencer marketing best practices and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch
Experience using performance data to inform decisions, identify trends, and improve campaign outcomes
Growing confidence in client-facing situations, including contributing to strategy discussions and recommendations
Creative and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for brand growth within the influencer space
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote, full-time role based in the United States
Ability to travel occasionally for client work, team events (offsites, meet-ups), and industry conferences as needed

Preferred

familiarity or interest in gaming, tech, or sports influencer communities (not required)
