Responsibilities
Lead configuration and delivery of Absence Management and OTL (Time & Labor) modules in Oracle HCM Cloud
Conduct requirement gathering workshops covering time & absence policies, accruals, rules, approvals, and integrations
Configure work schedules, absence plans, eligibility profiles, accrual processing rules, and time calculation rules
Coordinate testing cycles including SIT/UAT execution and defect resolution
Support payroll and HR stakeholders with integration, data validation, and compliance requirements
Provide post-go-live hypercare, enhancements, and end-user training
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on delivery experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Absence & OTL
Deep knowledge of time entry rules, accrual design, legislative requirements, and absence validations
Experience with Fast Formulas and relevant integrations (Payroll / HR)
Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and advise on best practices
Preferred
Experience across multiple project lifecycles preferred
