Sr Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Engineer

Responsibilities
Build solutions using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI and Copilot Agents
Work in a team environment, translating business and technical needs into creative designs
Create and improve Copilot agent adoption and development
Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support to associates
Review security and assist with governance and the Power Apps Center of Excellence
Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, custom forms, and flows to meet business requirements and optimize user experience
Inspirational adoption of new features through Publix approved Microsoft 365 applications with web documentation, training, guidance, and Publix live events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience working in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Dataverse
3+ years of designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications
1+ years of experience creating Copilot Studio and other agents using Dataverse and SharePoint data points
Preferred
3+ years of experience building Power Automated flows, PowerApps and Power BI
2+ Experience with deploying solutions to a DEV, TST and Production environment
2+ Strong Knowledge working with permissions, groups, and site governance in SharePoint online and Dataverse
1+ Experience with Power Platform COE and Copilot Studio Agents
1+ Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform administration
Experience working with SDLC methodologies
