Responsibilities

Provide operational support to a trading desk, manage loan lifecycle events processing, learn about trade flow from start to finish, and apply knowledge for exceptions managements
Recognize and act upon the changing economic and market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures, and the impact of the evolving technology landscape to assess the operational risks inherent in business on a continual basis
Work with trading counterparties, including internal teams, clients & their custodians, and other financial institutions to properly handle escalations and flag high risk issues to the management team
Use Critical Thinking skills to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop solutions to resolve corporate loan servicing specific issues, contribute to strategic decision-making, and enhance organizational efficiency
Manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities, projects, and to consistently meet deadlines
Maintain awareness of industry initiatives and market trends in the loan market that can impact business objectives and provide opportunities to improve processes

Required

Self-identify with the following neurodivergent labels or identities: Autism (including Asperger's and PDD-NOS), Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Learning Disability (dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia), Intellectual Disability, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Tourette Syndrome
Have experienced barriers to finding and/or maintaining employment related to their neurodivergence
Are open to receiving workplace support from Specialisterne
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
Strong analytical and organizational skills to be able to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop solutions
The ability to work in a team environment
The ability to take initiative and work efficiently
An interest in valuation and finance/accounting
A willingness to learn
Intermediate data management skills using Microsoft Excel (such as transferring information, using formulas such as VLOOKUP, and creating charts/graphs and pivot tables)

Preferred

Alteryx or other BI skills
Accounting or Finance degree
Experience (professional, personal, or academic) with Loan Syndication, Asset Servicing, Cash Management, or Project Management functions
