Responsibilities
Develop process plans for new product/program launches
Analyze and optimize workflow, equipment layout, and workspace for efficiency and ergonomics
Create and maintain operational method sheets and work instructions
Collaborate with vendors to communicate requirements and support procurement of equipment and tools
Troubleshoot and resolve product and process issues; drive improvements in tooling, materials, and services
Maintain accurate product standards and recommend actions to improve performance and margins
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and time study techniques to improve process flow and system reliability
Identify and implement methods to increase equipment utilization
Conduct operator training on process improvements
Apply FMEA concepts as appropriate
Evaluate and implement new equipment, tooling, and processes
Support capacity planning with the scheduling team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong background in process development, Lean tools, problem solving, and value stream mapping
Familiarity with quality/process capability tools (e.g., Cpk, GD&T)
Preferred
Experience with 3D solid modeling and/or 2D CAD preferred
