Responsibilities

Build, manage, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
Analyze financial and operational performance, translating data into insights for leadership
Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and logistics teams to evaluate cost drivers and efficiency opportunities
Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics to improve visibility and decision-making
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology optimization
Own the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial results
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations
Maintain clean, accurate, and well-documented financial records
Support operational reporting, including inventory, labor, and revenue-related metrics
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as business needs arise
Utilize accounting systems and ERP tools to support close, reporting, and analysis activities

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Strong foundation in accounting fundamentals and financial controls
Proficiency with business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools (Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
