Investment Operations Specialist
Computershare Canada is a global leader in financial administration, seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to enhance their client service and product innovation. This role involves managing and executing end-to-end processing for Corporate Actions, requiring strong attention to detail and client engagement.

Responsibilities
Review Letters of transmittal, stock certificates and other documents submitted for complex, sensitive, and manual corporate actions to ascertain whether they are properly completed and duly executed in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Letters of Transmittal
Verify wire instructions, international currency exchange form, if applicable, and update wire spreadsheet
Review restriction library and apply appropriate legend if applicable. Conduct quality review on work that has been processed. Responsible for research and reconciliation
Assist in processing validly submitted Corporate Actions items. Responsible for research, reconciliation and account maintenance
May be required to contact clients and vendors as needed
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 - 4 years of Financial Services/Transfer Agent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Project and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Vendor relationship skills
Preferred
Extensive knowledge of COSMOS (incl maintenance), Workflow, SCRIP, ATOP including reporting
