Be the vibrant, friendly face that boosts our customers’ afternoons
Operate the cash register with speed and precision
Assist customers with menu selections, confidently answering questions
Process orders swiftly and correctly, keeping up with the midday pace
Prepare coffee and other beverages, adding a touch of delight to every order
Keep the counter and dining area clean and inviting
Work closely with the team, fostering a positive and respectful work atmosphere
Be open to learning and improving through feedback
Arrive on time and ready for each scheduled shift
Prioritize guest satisfaction with each interaction
Efficiently handle customer concerns or issues
Maintain Dunkin' Donuts’ high standards in service and product quality
Introduce customers to new items and promotions
Follow all procedures related to cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety

Qualification
Required
Energetic person who thrives in a lively environment
Ability to excel in fast-paced settings
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Team-oriented individual ready for a dynamic work environment
Must be at least 18 years old
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Comfortable with basic computer and POS system usage
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check
No prior experience needed – just a willingness to learn and be part of our team
