Senior Level, Lead/Staff, Director/ExecutiveAntora Energy is focused on industrial decarbonization and energy storage technology, and they are seeking various senior roles in engineering, operations, and business development. The positions involve leading projects, designing mechanical systems, and ensuring the successful operation of thermal energy storage plants.

Responsibilities
Originate high-quality project opportunities in the industrial heat market and develop them to achieve final investment decisions (FID)
Lead cross-functional teams and bring credible, large-scale industrial decarbonization projects to life
Leverage expertise to help evolve Antora’s deal-team playbook for high-performance, efficiency and productivity
Own the design, analysis, and validation of subsystems that make Antora’s thermal battery possible
Work across disciplines to scope, design, and refine mechanical systems from concept through prototyping, testing, and production
Help build the processes, standards, and culture that enable the team to deliver at scale
Lead the commissioning and start-up of Antora’s thermal energy storage plants
Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to safely commission and operate first-of-a-kind industrial installations of Antora’s technology
Provide strong technical expertise and commitment to safety
Work collaboratively with engineering, construction, and operations teams
Identify and develop company standards for Antora OT Networks
Design and deploy networks at sites
Maintain sites
Qualification
Required
Experience in originating high-quality project opportunities in the industrial heat market
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Expertise in large-scale industrial decarbonization projects
Experience in evolving deal-team playbooks for high-performance, efficiency, and productivity
Self-driven and passionate approach to mechanical engineering
Ownership of design, analysis, and validation of subsystems
Experience in accelerating the demonstration and deployment of long-duration energy storage technology
Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
Experience in scoping, designing, and refining mechanical systems from concept through prototyping, testing, and production
Ability to build processes, standards, and culture for team delivery at scale
Strong technical expertise in Low and Medium Voltage (LV/MV) Equipment
Expertise in Network, Instrumentation and Controls (N, I&C)
Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Process (MEP)
Commitment to safety
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, construction, and operations teams
Willingness to be on long-term assignments (6-9 months) at project sites
Experience in maintaining OT Networks and developing company standards
