Qualification
Required
Experience or skills in Loan Officers and the Mortgage Industry
Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in managing and organizing documentation
Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with loan processing systems is a plus
