Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards

Manage subcontractors, craft labor, and construction teams to maintain productivity, safety, and compliance

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address field challenges and drive solutions

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards

Travel regularly to assigned project sites across the USA/Southeast, adapting to different site conditions and project requirements

Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for leadership and client review
