Responsibilities

Provide systems administration and help desk support

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues

Support stand-alone laptops and enterprise systems

Apply security patches, updates, and configuration changes

Assist with system documentation and compliance activities

Support users and maintain system performance and reliability

Required

Must hold one of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), Certified Network Defender (CND)

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Active Secret clearance | Interim acceptable at award

Willingness to travel to up to 20%
