Responsibilities
Manage purchase order confirmations, open orders, and back-order reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Expedite purchase orders daily to support on-time delivery and proactively resolve issues with purchasing, accounts payable, warehouse, and suppliers
Communicate directly with suppliers regarding urgent issues, lead times, and performance
Act as a liaison between purchasing, warehouse, pricing, and vendor customer service regarding delivery and supplier performance
Maintain and validate product data including SKUs, specifications, pricing, and item attributes across internal systems
Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle changes through accurate data entry and coordination
Perform data audits, reporting, and process improvements to ensure data quality, completeness, and accessibility
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant experience
Strong Excel skills
High attention to detail and organization
Valid driver's license
