5+ years expTECHOHANA is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration, optimization, and deployment of Agentforce solutions within Salesforce. This role focuses on declarative delivery, supporting AI-driven service capabilities, and collaborating with developers for custom development needs.

Responsibilities
Configure and customize Salesforce Agentforce using Agent Builder and AI setup tools
Design and maintain Salesforce solutions including automations, custom objects, and data relationships supporting Agentforce agents
Build and optimize Salesforce Flows to enable Agentforce actions and service processes
Update Agentforce agents by modifying instructions, topics, and actions as business needs evolve
Leverage Salesforce declarative tools wherever possible and collaborate with Developers when requirements exceed out-of-the-box capabilities
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce configurations
Provide clear requirements and guidance to junior administrators or analysts
Support testing, validation, and UAT , ensuring Agentforce functionality operates as expected
Oversee and support deployments for configurations and components you build
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to support timely and on-budget delivery
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership on progress and risks
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience (Community) Cloud
Experience supporting the full Salesforce SDLC
Ability to work with API-connected data sources to support Agentforce use cases
Strong understanding of testing strategies for declarative and AI-driven solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce certifications preferred, including: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant
FSL and CPQ certifications are a plus
