Responsibilities

Generate PCB CAD layout design data to meet product requirements
Aid checking completed design layouts and drawings to certify standards, procedures, specifications, manufacturability and accuracy of physical dimensions
Conduct Comprehensive design reviews with engineering and manufacturing teams through design completion, to confirm the costs and requirements
Plan and execute PCB design Tasks in accordance to project schedules
Participate in PCB Product Failure analysis and provide onsite and/or recommendations to engineering teams
Release completed designs into CW Document Control System (Agile). Assure Released Documents conform to standards

Required

Minimum 10 Years experience routing mixed signal, high-speed digital (100 – 400 GHz), analog and low power high current designs in high reliability environments
Ability to lead and mentor others creating/architecting complex designs to completion while in a schedule-teams based project
Must Have extensive knowledge experience designing high-density interconnect (HDI), including dense double-sided PCBs with 26+ layer/Mult lamination rigid Blind/Buried Via with uVia Structures
Solid Command Experience using Siemens Xpedition (PCB) as well as Siemens Xpedition DX Designer (SCH) tools
Able to generate parts for the PCB environment and update/ maintain libraries, control integration to SCH files
Able to generate Fabrication drawings per ASME and CW standards
Understanding of IPC-600, 610 6012 and 7351 industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and information to peer teams
Ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadline in high pressure environment, ability to drive to result and hold self-accountable to continuously improve skills
Self-starter with ability to work though ambiguity and evolving project requirements
Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD clearance
