Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver multiple concurrent technology and business projects from initiation to completion

Establish and apply standardized project management methodologies, tools, and processes

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and risk documentation

Coordinate resources across IT, business teams, and external vendors

Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates

Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams to define requirements and achieve project goals

Prepare and present executive-level project updates and recommendations

Ensure smooth transition of completed projects to operational teams, including post-implementation support and training

Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and identify improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

7+ years of IT project or program management experience

Experience building or working within a PMO structure

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage complex projects on time and within budget

Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)

Understanding of change management principles

Preferred

Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) preferred

Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
