Responsibilities
Work with Ordering Manager on data analysis for reporting and forecasting
Resolve support calls from stores and wholesale accounts
Support multiple initiatives from Category Managers related to:
Products
Product Distribution
Promotions
Program implementation
Facilitate the purchasing and distribution of supplies to stores
Measure product demand and prepare forecasts based on order data
Support purchasing, production, or inventory management to ensure orders can be fulfilled
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of convenience store management experience
Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities
Ability to distill data into insights & actions
Previous experience managing small to medium-sized interdepartmental projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fundamental understanding of key retail KPIs / metrics
Strong organizational, problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required
Must be well-organized and able to coordinate multiple priorities, tasks and requests
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook OR willingness/ability to learn quickly

Experience with PowerBI
Experience with PDI or other ERP/ordering systems
