Responsibilities
Building Automation and Controls Service Technician to cover the Baltimore/DC area. (Primarily DC)
Prior experience and certification of Niagara AX or Niagara4 is required
Technician will be working with the following: Tridium/Niagara AX and N4, Johnson Controls CCT, Honeywell WEBS, Carrier CCN
Install/Retrofit/Program communicating controllers on VAV, WSHP, RTU, and Airside Equipment. Use software to program for basic operation. If necessary, integrate with the existing building automation system (with appropriate training)
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of building automation equipment while following the company's standard of quality and policies
Provide necessary support to management and team members and communicate effectively with team and customers, providing regular updates on the status of projects
Technician must be self-sufficient in all aspects of programming & servicing of Building Automation components. The technician must have prior experience with basic controller installation and perform work in accordance with the N.E.C. (Ability to install and bend conduit is a plus!)
This role will provide the opportunity to learn and apply various programming methods within the Niagara Framework
Qualification
Required
Prior experience and certification of Niagara AX or Niagara4 is required
Minimum Requirements: 4 Years Building Automation, HVAC, or Electrical field service experience
Candidate must have a valid driver's license
Candidate must have a safe driving record
Experience servicing commercial building automation
Preferred
Ability to install and bend conduit is a plus!
