Regional Vice President (DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, SC)

Responsibilities

Achieving premium objectives within an assigned territory
Working closely with producers to increase their revenue through the sale of life insurance
Developing strong business relationships
Strengthening case development skills
Constructing client presentations and accompanying the producer to client meetings
Delivering sales concepts, product information, competitive data, and providing technical guidance to producers
Interacting with producers through individual meetings and group sessions

Required

3-5 years of wholesaling experience, preferably in Life products, or experience as a Life Sales Manager responsible for coaching, teaching, training, and joint work with Advisors
Comprehensive knowledge of the Life Insurance business, including an understanding of the sales process and the dynamics of selling Life Insurance products
Ability to drive sales objectives
Understanding of advanced markets
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Strong understanding of compliance
Current Life and variable licenses in resident state and all states within territory
FINRA Series 6 (or 7) and 63 licenses required
Travel is required

Preferred

CLU, ChFC, CFP or similar designations preferred
