Responsibilities
Conduct basic interpretations of sketches, drawings, models, codes, building program, and other similar material
Support and assist project teams in the development a project’s design, documentation, and administration during all phases of the project
Assist in the development of a design through sketches, physical models, digital models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats
Utilize BIM to develop three-dimensional building models and utilize it as a tool in the production of construction documents
Participate in internal project reviews and critiques
Participate in project coordination and meetings with internal team members, external consultants, and/or clients
Assist with the implementation of sustainable design principles into the building design and surrounding environment
Assist in research of design concepts, benchmarks, materials, typologies, and precedents
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field
Basic skills associated with the utilization of technology as a design tool
Ability to hand sketch and communicate concepts and ideas to others effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to participate and collaborate in a project team setting

Preferred
Familiarity with digital modeling software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Rhino is preferred
Experience with digital graphic tools such as Enscape, Lumion, Sketch-up, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
