Responsibilities
Execute full desk recruiting for our clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries; sourcing, screening, submitting, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Collaborate closely with Talent Manager, Operations, and Business Development teams to support the full candidate lifecycle
Maintain CRM system with accurate job statuses and candidate records
Stay abreast on industry trends and build out a local and online network of subject matter experts and future candidates
Generate market intel and/or warm leads from candidate conversations to help fuel the sales team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience, Life Sciences preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Comfort and professionalism when conducting phone calls and candidate communication
High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
