Responsibilities
Shape clear project scopes, goals, and success indicators
Craft detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource maps
Ensure tasks flow smoothly across teams to keep projects on track
Track progress using structured tools and methodologies
Proactively surface issues and escalate when needed for timely resolution
Maintain open, consistent communication with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
Present project updates, insights, and reports that guide informed decision-making
Identify risks early and help shape mitigation strategies
Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle to keep delivery on target
Maintain a full ecosystem of project documentation—meeting notes, plans, status reports, schedules
Ensure all records stay accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
2–5 years in project management or a closely related role
Strong grounding in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PM fundamentals
Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana
Excellent communication skills across written and verbal formats
Time management and organizational discipline
Analytical and critical thinking ability for effective problem-solving
Team-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail and quality
Openness to learning, adapting, and taking on new challenges
Preferred
PMP or CAPM
Agile or Scrum Certifications
