Business Development Manager
Simplified Environmental Solutions (SES) is a leader in zero-waste-to-landfill material processing and management, serving clients nationally. The Business Development Manager will focus on growing business opportunities by building productive relationships with clients and partners, identifying new client prospects, and managing the sales cycle while promoting sustainable practices aligned with SES’s mission.

Identifying new client prospects
Developing customized business proposals
Collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions
Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
Analyzing market trends
Maintaining and expanding customer databases
Hitting measurable sales targets while promoting sustainable practices aligned with SES’s mission
Qualification
Required
Proven ability in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Opportunity Sourcing
Knowledge of Sustainability Practices, Environmental Regulations, Recycling, and Waste Management
Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
Self-motivated with demonstrated Time Management and Goal-Setting abilities
Experience working with CRM tools and data analysis software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools
Travel up to 50% within the region
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will be considered
